COMPANY HISTORY:
EBB Group of Texas LLC is a full
service mid-market brokerage firm. Since starting as a main street brokerage, we have grown to
represent mid-market companies with enterprise value
from $5-100 million.
Our target company is
one with a successful track record of growth, strong
management, and a reasonable expectation for the
sale price. We look for companies in manufacturing,
distribution, or wholesaling in which the owner is
looking for an exit strategy. We encourage our
sellers to be open to different structures from
asset to stock sales, and in staying on through a
longer transition period from 2-4 years. Often, the
right strategy is to partner with the new owners and
participate in the growth of the company, in which
they would have some ownership in the Newco.

represent. Our focus is to represent sellers in the
mid-market and most recently have moved into buy
side agreements, where we do national searches for
companies that meet the criteria of our Private
Equity partners.
COMPANY OWNER:
Eric White started
Empire Business Brokers and the company
reincorporated in 2000 when they began to focus
more on mid market companies and buy side
agreements. He has established some
very strong relationships in the Southwest over the
past 20 years. He is affiliated with TABB and IBBA
and is very active in the North Texas community.
Today, the company
uses a telemarketing staff to prospect for listings
and also a data search department to do national
searches for our PEG partners.
